Stopping by with a quick howdy doody and wishing all my American friends a very Happy 4th July.
This past weekend we also celebrated Canada's 150th Birthday on July 1st - Happy Canada Day.
Ok, so here goes. I have decided that I am at a happy place with my weight. I am going to endeavour to stay below the 150lb for the foreseeable future.
As far as my mindset is - I need a time out :-) Time away from the scales, time away to recognise that this is the new me. That I can be this person, that I have achieved what I need to achieve for me. It's difficult some days - and I am working on it - that I can and will be comfortable and not have to justify myself to me or anyone else.
I still plan on exercising, eating healthily and keeping in control of me.
So I have decided that I will only check in on this blog periodically over the next few months, just to let you know how I'm doing. I have been doing this blog now every week for the last 14 months and it certainly was one of the best things I could have done. Being accountable along the way has helped me achieve each and everyone of those goals.
I thank everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way - I really have appreciated it x
Well, lets end with a quick workout sheet and weigh in. (I will also get around to doing final measurements and photos over the next few weeks, and share those in a separate post.)
Weather was atrocious this past week - with rain constantly. No gym as couldn't get my head around a few things :-)
I have already been for walks yesterday and today so while weather permits will be doing this as often as possible.
