Shannon and I had a fabulous time in the UK, it was great catching up with family. After all it's been 10 years for most of them :-)
Anyways, I did treat myself to some good food whilst away but didn't over indulge. Had to have the obligatory UK fish and chips on several occasions, and totally delicious they were too!
We arrived back to Ottawa and home last Wednesday evening. I gave myself a few days to get back into routine and get over the jet lag.
Yesterday was my first day back on the Treadclimber. At first I was thinking that I would drop the levels back down, however, decided to go in at the deep end and start off again where I left off before going away.
So even though it had been 2 1/2 weeks since I was on there, I surprised myself and managed it without much huffing and puffing LOL!
Here's the work out sheet covering this last 3 weeks. I worked up to the day I left and then as I said back at it yesterday.
I thought that because I hadn't done anything whilst away (apart from lot's of walking) that my fitness score might have gone down. But as you can see it stayed the same, so well chuffed with that.
Anyways, on with the Good, the Bad or the Ugly.

Was really pleased to get on the scales and see that I have lost weight. So turned out to be Good :-)
